For the final event of Broadsheet Kitchen, Bar Margaux is transformed into BETHA, an ode to the traditional Scottish farmhouse ‘bothy’.

For the final event in the Broadsheet Kitchen series, Melbourne's Bar Margaux transforms from a late night French bistro to a Scottish farmhouse.

(in Scotland) a small hut or cottage, especially one for housing farm dwellers/guests or for use as a mountain refuge.

Bar Margaux, born from the family of Michael and Zara Madrusan, is turned over to the Scottish roots of Head Chef Garry Dick for one night only, in an ode to his grandmother, Elizabeth 'Betha' MacLachlan Blair, of Ballinealich Farm.

Join the Margaux team for a lively, yet intimate evening exploring the best of Scottish cuisine, drawing on years of family recipes straight from the kitchen of Garry's grandmother, then finishing them off with a modern, Margaux style twist.

Ocean fresh seafood, smoked meats and heart warming Scottish dishes will be accompanied by a rich menu of cocktail classics featuring Scotch whisky and gins, all served up with healthy dose of Scottish style hospitality.

Tickets include a four course dinner (sharing style) and a welcome drink on arrival, with a special drinks menu available for purchase.
