BRISBANE WOMEN'S NED LUNCH: IN THE CHAIR

What happens when Queensland's sharpest board Chairs tell the truth about what really goes on in the boardroom?

Join us for an exclusive lunch where three of Brisbane's most accomplished non-executive directors pull back the curtain on the art of chairing boards—from managing difficult dynamics to driving accountability when it counts.

This is 50+ years of combined board experience distilled into clear insights into the behaviours that deliver exceptional performance.

Why you can't miss this

The best chairs don't just run meetings—they create the conditions for great decisions, uncomfortable conversations, and real performance. Our panel will explore:

  • How chairs support boards through complexity, crisis, and strategic uncertainty
