Why Breath Matters

The way we breathe mirrors the way we live.

Inhale — how do you receive life?

Exhale — how do you let go?

Through conscious connected breath, we re-pattern this relationship. Each inhale affirms our willingness to be fully alive, each exhale our willingness to release with ease.

Preparation Tips:

- Wear comfortable, loose clothing, warm layers and even perhaps bring blanket (body temperature may shift).

- Bring an eye mask or shawl to cover your eyes (optional) for deeper pineal gland activation.

- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before; a light snack 1 hour prior is fine. (the emptier the belly, the more you can fly )

- Water and yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.

No experience needed! This event is beginner-friendly, and our facilitators will guide you every step of the way. Come with an open heart and a curious spirit, and let the journey unfold.
