Breathwork ClassCome join us for a transformative breathwork class at Anahat's cozy studio! This in-person event will be held every Monday, where you'll learn various breathing techniques and leave feeling a sense of calm, deep relaxation, increased energy, clarity and focus, feeling lighter from emotional release and enhanced connection to oneself. Breathwork can leave you feeling both grounded and elevated, offering a powerful reset for mind, body, and emotions.Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this class is suitable for all levels. Take this opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with your breath in a supportive environment.
