Breathwork for Better Health

Breathwork for Better Health

Nobbys Beachnewcastle east, NSW
Sunday, Feb 15 from 7 am to 8 am AEDT
Overview

Breath is intrinsically linked to how we feel and to our health. Join us as we learn and practice breathwork principles for better health.

Breathwork for Better Health

Ready to boost your wellbeing? Join us in person for an informative and practical dive into the principles of the breath and how it relates to our emotional state, our phsysiology and often times the state of our health.

The world is suffering from an epidemic of poor breathing (we are chronic Over-breathers) and its not because people are flawed or lazy, its just because proper breathing is not taught and supported in the community in the modern western world. Ancient knowledge of how to support people through their breath has not been passed on. Over time disfunctional breathing can lead to Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunction, respiratory problems or more serious health issues.

Breath retraining addresses the physical, chemical and psycho-physiological aspects of breathing and can minimise or eliminate symptoms associated with:

  • Asthma and COPD
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety and Panic Disorder
  • Snoring
  • Sleep Apnea

Learn about the principles of Breath retraining from Oxygen Advantage and Breathless Master Breathwork Instructor Brad Levey. This workshop will focus on the three core aspects of breathing – The Biochemical, Biomechanical and the Psycho-physiological aspects of breathing. Through breathing evaluation and expert guidance, you can take control of your breath and improve your quality of life.

In this hands-on workshop we will dive into the science behind how we breathe and learn some practical tools and tips which you can use today to help reduce stress, increase energy, improve focus and take back control of your health.

These breath retraining techniques can also be used as a foundation to support better sports performance and is suitable for all ages.

Come breathe with me and feel the difference!
