This in-person event will be held every Monday, where you'll learn various breathing techniques and leave feeling a sense of calm, deep relaxation, increased energy, clarity and focus, feeling lighter from emotional release and enhanced connection to oneself. Breathwork can leave you feeling both grounded and elevated, offering a powerful reset for mind, body, and emotions.

Functional Breathing Practice Learn to shift from dysfunctional to functional breathing using science backed techniques that support optimal health and vitality. Nervous System Regulation Explore a variety of evidence based breathwork techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, enhance heart rate variability, and build emotional resilience. Sound Bath Integration We close the session with a soothing sound bath to support integration, leaving you in a calm, balanced, and centered state.
