This is a small-group, in-person breathwork session in Five Dock, Sydney, designed to support stress, anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and confidence dips by helping your body return to safety and steadiness.

What we’ll do together

  • Arrive, settle in, and set an intention
  • Learn what “helpful breathing” looks like (and common habits that keep the nervous system on high alert)
  • Conscious connected breathwork journey to reset your nervous system
  • Guided grounding + integration so your body can absorb the shift
  • A simple daily breath technique you can use at home (like a mini meditation)

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
