It’s a safe, intentional space to breathe, move, feel, and reconnect with your true self — guided by music.
No drugs.
No alcohol.
No pressure to perform.
Just breath, movement, and music — meeting you exactly where you are.

What to Expect
Doors open: 6:45 PM
Experience starts: 7:00 PM (please arrive on time)
The journey unfolds in waves:
- Grounding & arrival – settling into the body and the space
- Guided breathwork – conscious breathing, breath holds, and gentle activation
- Breath-led movement – shaking, flowing, and moving with the rhythm
- Dance & release – immersive music builds to an energetic peak
- Integration & regulation – music softens, breath slows, body settles and the nervous system recalibrates
- Closing – gratitude, grounding, and group meditation
Music styles are carefully curated to support each phase of the journey.
You’ll be gently guided throughout with breath cues, rhythmic prompts, and occasional vocal tones — while still having full autonomy over your experience.
You are free to move as much or as little as you wish.
There is no right or wrong way to express or experience this.
