This Breath Class for Stress Relief is a gentle, supportive experience designed to help you slow down, release built-up tension and reconnect with yourself in a safe and welcoming space.
In the rush of everyday life, stress can build quietly in the body and nervous system, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, tired or emotionally heavy. This class has been created to offer you a powerful pause. Through guided breathwork, calming nervous-system practices, and grounding techniques, you will be supported to soften, reset, and create more space within yourself.
This is not about pushing or performing. It is about giving your body permission to exhale, your mind permission to settle, and your whole system the opportunity to feel safe again.
During this session, you will learn simple and effective breath techniques to help reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, release tension held in the body, and bring yourself back to the present moment. You will also leave with practical tools you can continue using in daily life whenever stress, overwhelm, or emotional pressure arises.
Suitable for both males and females, this class is ideal for anyone seeking relief from daily stress and wanting a nurturing space to release, reset, and reconnect.

Meet your Facilitators
Jenny Webb is an Empowerment and Mindset Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator and Hypnosis Practitioner. Tania Woodward is a Mindset Coach who incorporates Quantum Healing, Breathwork and NLP into her transformations with clients.
Together they are extremely passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and create lasting inner change. With a calm, supportive, and heart-led approach, Jenny and Tania create safe spaces where people can slow down, release stress and feel more grounded in both mind and body.
Drawing on their experience in breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, and emotional wellbeing, Jenny and Tania guide each session with care, compassion, and practical tools that participants can use beyond the class.
Both Jenny and Tania believe that true transformation begins when we feel safe enough to pause, breathe and listen to what our body needs.
