About the Sound Journey
Tom’s sound journeys offer a gentle space to unwind, reconnect, and come into balance. Blending live instruments—such as hand pans, drums, Native American flute, keyboard and guitar—with rhythmic patterns and soothing vibrations, each session draws from principles of neurologic music therapy and sound healing. The soundscape flows in response to the group’s energy, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a return to embodied presence.
About the Breathwork

With a gentle and intuitive approach, she supports others in exploring their inner world with curiosity and compassion.
