Breastfeeding SCORPIO Train the Trainer (NSW Health Professionals -2 days)

SCOPRIO education uses a Tell-Show-Do and Feedback model of teaching. The workshop is an evidence-based, interactive learning opportunity.

Running over two days on

Thursday 20th June 08:00am - 5:30pm

and

Friday 21st June from 08:30am - 5:00pm

Stations:

1. How milk gets from the breast to the baby

2. Establishing early breastfeeding

3. How to Implement Kangaroo Care

4. Supporting breastmilk feeding for premature babies

5. Sustaining exclusive breastfeeding

6. Supporting lactation when baby is not feeding effectively at mother’s breast

7. Counselling the breastfeeding woman

8. Train the trainer preparation

Bookings are Essential: Cost: $100 - 1 ticket (covers catering and admin fees)

What is the refund policy?

A full refund may be given when

• Cancellation requests are given 3 weeks prior to the workshop commencement date

NO REFUND will be given for cancellation requests less than three weeks before the workshop commences.

NO REFUND will be given for change of mind after the workshop has commenced.

N O REFUND will be given for no shows on the day of the event.
