Through reflection, vulnerability and a deep conscious connected breathwork reset, this session supports you to clear the mind, return to the body and tune back into your inner compass.
This is a space to breathe through what feels stuck, and invite moments of discomfort with support, creating space for clarity, insight, and emotional release. You’ll be guided with care, choice, and safety throughout the journey, with time for integration, reflection, and optional sharing.
We will first start with an introduction to breath, followed by connection with others and ourselves, before delving into the 60-minute breathwork journey.

Meet Your Facilitator
Adrian Stojanovski is a qualified breathwork facilitator with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves. He completed his training in 2025 with Johannes Egbert at Breathless, gaining expertise in all things breathwork.
Adrian’s approach is gentle, reflective, and rooted in real-life experience. He understands what it’s like to feel disconnected, stuck and overwhelmed. He brings empathy, care, and education to every session.
Outside of facilitation, Adrian is dedicated to exploring personal growth, mindful movement, and creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, release, and rediscover their spark.
