"Breaking Bad Habits - Forming Good Ones" is for people who would like to break through their habitual barriers to create a best chapter of their life and achieve success that they deserve. We will learn about the difference between a HABIT and an INTENTION, the NEUROSCIENCE of habit and your individual & specific HABIT TRIGGERS and how to overcome these to BREAK an old, BAD HABIT, and create a new, POSITIVE HABIT. We will be using a Strengths-Based lense to work through this process. Workshop cost covers: your attendance, all of the relevant material a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
