Breakfast with the Birds

Discover the variety of birds which live in the mangroves, saltmarsh and woodland along the Lane Cove River. Bird expert Renée Ferster Levy will share her knowledge of birds, their behaviour and habitat needs and help tune your ear to identify the many different bird calls of the bush. A family friendly walk, suitable for ages 7 and up. Bring binoculars and wear good walking shoes.

This bushwalk is approximately 1.5km long on a bush track with steps, uneven surfaces and boardwalks. It is not suitable for prams or mobility aids.
