Time: 11:30am - 3:30pm (Approximate; Times will be updated closer to event date; Times may include embarkation and disembarkation)

Check in and Ticketing: Arrive at deignated wharf (King Street, Darling Harbour TBA) at least 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Pick-Up Location: TBC King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour
Return/ Drop off: TBC King Street Wharf , Darling Harbour

Please arrive 30 minutes early.
Boxing Day is extremely busy and the vessel cannot wait for late arrivals.

ℹ️ Important Information - Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth ride:

• 18 + Event
• Authorised Photo ID required – don’t forget to bring it along.
• Heels policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine.
• Licensing & RSA – Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups – once we sail, we cruise right through!
• Food & drinks – Buffet Lunch and Dinks Package Included in ticket price. Other beverages, not included in ticket, are available for purchase on board.
• Dietary Notice: This event features a set buffet menu, that aims to provide a range of dishes that are suitable for many persons. We are unable to cater to individual dietary requirements, allergies, or substitutions. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen, so allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed.
• Strictly NO BYO – bags may be checked at boarding.
• Boarding location – PLEASE CHECK THE TICKET INFORMATION & EMAILS.
• Dress code – Smart casual. For safety, please leave the tall/pointy heels at home.
• Seating – This is primarily a standing/dancing event. Seating is scattered throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.
• Weather – Rain won’t stop the boat! There’s plenty of covered space on the main and mid decks, so the party goes ahead rain or shine.
• Personal items – Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Cruise duration – Times shown may include embarkation and disembarkation.
• Accessibility – Accessibility is subject to wharf design, vessel design and marine safety requirements. We cannot accomodate wheelchairs or prams. Please contact us before booking to discuss other assistance or mobility devices.
• Filming & Photography: Professional images and video may be captured for social media and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation. If you prefer not to be recorded, please advise staff on boarding; however, exclusion from all footage cannot be guaranteed.
