Friendship is one of the most sacred spaces we step into as women.
And yet… it’s often where we may overextend, over-explain, over-accommodate, and quietly abandon ourselves. Recieving boundaries within friendships can also cause reactions within ourselves.

Whether you are the friend who:

  • Is the therapist friend
  • Loves to give to others but can sacrifice your own energy
  • Say "yes" when you meant "no"
  • Felt drained but stayed quiet
  • Have feared being “too much” or “not enough”
  • Or has quietly held resentment instead of speaking truth

Join us for a 2 hour workshop on a Sunday afternoon, with like minded women also seeking to be self led in their friendships. We explore how boundaries can create meaningful connection rather than walls.

What to expect:

  • Connection with other likeminded women
  • Grounding meditation
  • Solo reflection
  • Group work
  • Boundary related prompts and guidance - Focusing on how to be clear, kind and respect yourself in your boundary setting.
  • Journaling
  • Take home tangible tools for ongoing commitment to your boundary setting journey.
  • Light refreshments

What not to expect:

  • This is not a workshop where we focus on cutting people off as the primary focus. Although you may come to realise where distance may be needed.
  • Whilst boundaries are related to other key parts of ourselves such as our self worth, attachment styles and former life experiences. In Her Womanhood Workshops are not therapy.
  • The 2 hour workshop supports you to explore boundary setting in a manner that is both reflective and practical. Please always seek support from a Therapist of your choosing alongside workshops to support your ongoing wellbeing.
