This month's guest speaker, Veronica Casebolt, a long time member of our low carb community, recently returned from attending the 2026 Low Carb USA Conference in Boca Raton, Florida. She will share her insights from attending the conference, with a focus on LDL cholesterol/ApoB and metabolic health, and from her personal conversations with Dom D’Agostino, Dr Ovadia, Dr Cyvess, and Dr Johnston. All are welcome to attend. It's free and donations are welcomed.
