Bop 2 Books is a weekly program for children aged between 24 - 36 months. Featuring rhymes, music and stories for young children and their parents or carers every week of the year, except school holidays and public holidays.

Does not run: April 15, April 22, July 8, July 15, October 7, December 23 and December 30.

This event on Tuesday 18 March will be replaced with a special Bop 2 Book Week event to celebrate Harmony Week, click here to book.

The event is free. Bookings open one week in advance of each session. You must book for each session you wish to attend.

Please leave your prams at home as space is limited.

  • Bookings are essential. Only children (and their siblings) attending the activity need to be booked in. We are unable to accommodate participants who have not made a booking.
  • All children must have parental supervision.
  • Limited to one session per child per week across our library branches.
  • You must be a Library member to attend. Library membership is free and you can sign up at any branch.
  • If you are unable to attend please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate in the event.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.
  • Due to the safety and enjoyment of participants, we are unable to admit latecomers to the room after the start time.
  • Your ticket can be cancelled by the organiser at any time without further notice.
  • Please review Randwick City Library's Covid Safe Terms and Conditions prior to attending this event as these may change with short notice.
  • Your attendance at events supported by Randwick City Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings.
