What does resilience and wellbeing mean to you in later life?

This FREE program has taken the latest evidence on mental wellbeing and psychological resilience specific to older adults to help them make the most of their rich life experiences.

Join us to:

Focus on your strengths

Strengthen your resilience

Grow your confidence and optimism

The conversation will be gently guided to include the latest evidence on wellbeing in later life in an informal way with refreshments guaranteed and laughter likely.

Runs for three consecutive weeks starting on Wednesday 11 June from 10am til 11.30am
