Bondi to Cabramatta Bus Trip

Fairfield City Council is offering a FREE return bus service between Bondi and Cabramatta on Sunday, 25 February 2026.
While Western Sydney locals soak up the sun at Bondi, Bondi residents can hop on board and discover the vibrant culture of the west!
Experience the flavours, sights, and sounds of Cabramatta — from delicious Southeast Asian cuisine to colourful streets and the iconic Pailau Gate.
Registrations Open 8 December 2026 at 9am.
Bus trips details
Pick up location: Bondi Bus Stop
Address: Campbell Parade, Bondi (opposite Warners Avenue)
Board the bus: 10:45am
Bus departs: 11:00am sharp
Enjoy 2.5 hours discovering the vibrant sights, flavours, and culture of Cabramatta at your own pace.
Return bus: 3:00pm (pick up location Whitlam Library, 165 Railway Pde, Cabramatta)
Arrive at Bondi: approximately 4:30pm

Grab your exploring essentials - hat, appropriate shoes and don't forget your sunscreen.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Terms and Conditions)
Bookings
- FREE trips, but registration is essential.
- Maximum of 6 people per booking.
- Bookings remain open until 8:00am on the day of travel, however trips may be booked out before this time.
- We strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Accessibility ♿
- Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be stored inside the bus.
- They may be stored in the luggage compartment under the bus.
Cancellations
- If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so another family can take your place.
- For assistance with cancellation, email: scd@fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au or contact SPCD team on 9725 0222 during business hours.
Tickets
- You must present your ticket to board the bus.
- No ticket = No beach.
Departure & Return Times
- You must return to the bus at the agreed departure time (3:00pm).
- If you miss the bus, you will be required to make your own way home.
- Fairfield City Council will not provide compensation for transport or associated costs.
Supervision
- Fairfield City Council does not provide supervision during the trip.
- All attendees under 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Behaviour
- Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The bus operator may, at their sole discretion, take action against anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe conduct.
Liability
Fairfield City Council accepts no responsibility or liability for:
- Any injury sustained by attendees.
- Any loss or damage to personal property during the trip.
Cancellations by Council
- If the trip is cancelled by Council, you will be notified via SMS the day before the scheduled trip.
