Bolani is a traditional street food from Afghanistan and one of the most popular dishes served at Zafira Fine Foods. Zafira Fine Foods is a social enterprise set up to provide employment and training opportunities to people arriving as refugees from Afghanistan. By joining one of our cooking classes, you are contributing to the ongoing employment of former refugees, you have the opportunity to learn about Afghan culture and traditions and we guarantee you will have a fun and very delicious afternoon! There may also be an opportunity to look around our Hazara Community Garden located at the rear of the cafe. Afternoon tea included in the price and donations are always welcome on the day.
