BNI's (Business Network International) Mission is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.

The philosophy of BNI is built upon the idea of "Givers Gain". BNI offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts, networks and most importantly, business referrals.

By the end of 2015, BNI opened chapters in numerous new countries. In total, the organization now has over 7,300 chapters throughout every populated continent of the world. 

In 2015 alone, BNI generated over 7.7 million referrals resulting in more than $9.3 billion worth of business for members. 

Other milestones from 2015 include exceeding 190,000 in total membership in 64 countries worldwide.
