Stilton, Roquefort, Gorgonzola just the names make my mouth water! These sharp salty cheeses are some of my favourite. While your home made blues may not be the exact replica of these famous three, they are guaranteed to treat your taste buds.
In this 2 hour class you will not only learn to make your own home made blue, you will get an understanding of how the different styles of blue are made.
