After the quiet rest of winter, Bloom returns to welcome the arrival of spring.For this first edition, we gather to celebrate life’s blossoming, celebrate the renewal to return to the pulse of nature, to gently open ourselves to others.This time, we leave the trees, the flowers, the wind, the music and the sound be our guide inviting us to ground ourselves, find our breath and attune to the rhythms of the earth. Through a nature immersion and soft, grounding movements, we’ll ease our way out of hibernation, gently awakening our energy to prepare to dance and blossom once more. You’re invited to bring your little ones (6 years and up) to share in the experience. During the sound healing, Sarah will be holding space for the kids with fun and creative activities in nature, so you can fully relax and immerse yourself.
