Join us for an evening exploring Bleasdale Vineyards, founded in 1850 and at the heart of Langhorne Creek winemaking.

Nick Wyndham has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian wine industry and a long-standing connection to Bleasdale Wines. With a deep understanding of the wines, the region and the people behind the label, Nick brings insight and perspective shaped by years working closely with the Bleasdale portfolio.

On the night, Nick will guide guests through the wines, sharing stories and context behind each selection.

Enjoy canapés followed by a three-course menu curated by Executive Chef Frank Correnti, with each course carefully paired with Bleasdale’s wines.
