This Easter long weekend get set for the Bizarre Bazaar, a market cultivated from local Sydney creative talent. Come see what Darlinghurst has to offer. This market follows the success of Brand X Studio on Campbell street and the take over of The ex American Apparel store at Mardi Gras last year.
As a long-weekend arts market that provide local designers, artists and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their work directly to the public, this event is not to be missed.
Featuring painting, sculpture, jewelry, fashion, toys, prints, zines and curios, collect a unique something wonderful, handmade, bespoke piece of awesome from Thursday evening to Easter Sunday.
Come for the art, stay for the bar. Collect the uncollectable and enjoy the market vibes on the longest weekend of the year. The markets will run Thursday 29 March, 6pm to 9pm, Friday March 30 and Saturday March 31 from 10am to 4pm and Easter Sunday April 1 from 12pm to to 4pm
Bizarre Bazaar is part of an ongoing program series called The Flying Nun at East Sydney Community and Arts Centre in Darlinghurst. Some other highlights coming up include The World According to Farts and Other Extraordinary Sounds of the Human Body written and Performed by Christa Hughes, DJ Jay Katz and Miss Death presenting “The Experiment” and Triple Bill, a 3 part dance extravaganza for one low price.
