Bistecca & Fire Dinner @ Worrowing
This event is part of the Shoalhaven Food Network 2024 Autumn Celebration of Food
Join us at Worrowing for our collaboration event along with Albert & Miso and Henry Clive for a Bistecca/fire long table dinner. Chef Steve Brown will be showcasing local produce and suppliers in the menu while cooking over fire and coals, Henry Clive will have wine and cocktail pairings available to purchase on the night to compliment the food. The castaways will be starting the evening off with some live music from 5:30pm with canapés and drinks on arrival before dinner from 6:30pm. The theme for our event will be food that is served a sharing banquet style over two long tables, so take the time to make new friends.
