Each month we have a focus topic AND we also share, positive and wise birth story learnings.
Women and guests in circle are welcome to speak on topic as their turn comes in circle, or say "pass" amd be a listener.
Meetings are facilitated to be welcoming, non-judgemental, warm hearted and emotionally helpful and empowering for pregnant and post partum women.

Feb Thurs 1st: What happens after baby births??? Placentas, cords, babies first feeds and more.
March Thurs 7th: Who makes the birth decisions? Duty of Care, Informed Decisions and, can I say "no thanks"?
April Thurs 4th: Birth anxiety, life anxiety, sharing struggles together as peers and problem solving tips and tools.
May Thurs 2nd: I want to understand my chaning moods. The hormones of birth and mothering
June Thurs 6th: Birth and Wise Learnings, birth story circle.
July Thurs 4th: Should I just "go with the flow" or can I shape the flow??? Shaping your birth environment
August Thurs 1st: What is the reality? Am I prepared? Sleep, sanity, stiches and other fourth trimester topics
September Thurs 5th: What is the low down on indcutions?? Inductions, What are they? What ones are most natural? What are the options?
October Thurs 3rd: Do I have fears are they repressed? Should I problem solve them early? Common Birth Fears - and their problem solving solutions!
November Thurs 7th: Wise Birth Learnings and Birth Empowerments Birth Story Circle
December Thurs 5th: A Christmas Present from us. We will gift our supporters and guests something special! Keep an eye out at oru page for the announcement in November!

Meetings are always at 7pm on the first Thursday night if the month.
Participants commonly leave feeling light, warm and at ease.
Meets have a formal structure that is always followed from 7-8:30pm. After the meeting there is time to mingle and chat or head home, whatever suits your family plans best.We do not charge any fee for these vital meets.
Some mums, in the position to do so, sometimes hand us a donation to assist with rent and overheads. Other mums support us by spreading positive word. Other mums support us by shopping at our preloved store. Other mums support us by donating items to our store. Some mums bring snacks to our meet. We also deeply appreciate warm and heart felt thanks!Abd I know I have said "mums" a lot. But of course, we openly welcome all family and supporters!

We do limit spots to keep the share time and connection lovely for all. We also balance numbers to allow some birth workers, some pregnancy and some wise birthed women and mothers.
