Our antenatal course, specially designed to support soon-to-be parents from 30 weeks of pregnancy. Delivered by our trained Midwife Educators, this birthing 'crash course' provides a comprehensive overview of labour and birth, with a brief overview of breast feeding including:

• 3 stages of labour
• When to come to hospital or call your care giver
• How to help yourself during labour
• Support partner's roles
• Role of health professionals

• Your hospital stay
• Breastfeeding
• Postnatal depression
• SIDS
• Support networks and community resources
Please note: all bookings are per couple, so you only need to book one ticket. $200 per couple (BUPA/NIB/Medibank clients free). Morning Tea and Lunch included. Please note any dietary requirements.
