This Immersion provides an interactive experience for Year 10, 11 and 12 students who are considering studying Biomedical Sciences.

Thinking about studying biomedicine — or simply curious to learn more about this exciting degree at JCU? Attending this year’s Biomedical Sciences Immersion event is for you.

Designed for Year 10, 11 and 12 students, this interactive experience is perfect for those considering a future in Biomedical Science, as well as students who want a closer look at what the degree involves.

Participants will take part in a range of hands-on laboratory activities linked to key subjects taught throughout the course. Students can expect to observe — and be involved in — real-life laboratory experiments, and will also have the opportunity to engage directly with JCU academics and biomedical science staff.

Afternoon tea and snacks will be provided.
