What should I do if I have a dietary request?

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 14 days before the event, as late ticket purchases may limit the venue's ability to accommodate specific needs. If you are registering for a last-minute ticket and have a food allergy, please contact admin@businessfordoctors.com directly.

Can I register a non-GP guest?

Yes. BFD Shanghai is open to all health professionals across all specialties, as well as non-clinical guests such as spouses, support staff, practice managers and non-clinical owners. Topics include Medicare compliance, financial planning and business management.

I’m unable to attend, am I eligible for a refund?

We understand that plans can change! If you’re unable to attend BFD Shanghai, please refer to the T&Cs and contact us in writing at admin@businessfordoctors.com. You may be eligible for a credit if we’re notified at least 30 days before the event. Name changes are also accepted up to 21 days prior.
