Miscommunication isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s potentially a matter of life and death. So why is that doctors are infamous for bad handwriting?

Veteran physician Dr David Lim will discuss the value of visual thinking and handwriting in not only transforming communication, but as a way to create a more balanced relationship between clinicians and patients. If you’ve ever had a visit to the doctor, this presentation is sure to help you understand the mindset of clinicians and the value of visuals in a place where miscommunication is a matter of life and death.
