Working in consultancy and in local/state government in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, Marcus is widely recognised for his expertise in development assessment and facilitation. Managing Director of URPS for 10 years, Marcus now spends more time ‘on the tools’ coordinating projects with others at URPS and allied consultants.

An active property investor and developer — directly involved in over $40m worth of property deals including small to medium sized residential developments in Adelaide and across Australia over the last 15 years — Daniel is an experienced property professional. Coupled with a career in business and start-up advisory, he oversees all development projects financed by CrowdProperty.
Presentation 3: Case Study
Local developer Phi Le will present the real-world case study of a 20-lot subdivision underway at Salisbury Heights. He will explain how he overcame challenges in securing finance and equity partners to get his project over the line.
