This event is a safe, in-person space for salon owners and managers to talk openly about the realities of running a salon — no filters, no fluff, and nothing off limits.

This is not a workshop or a seminar.
It’s a curated, roundtable-style conversation where real salon owners help each other navigate the hard stuff — staffing, contractors, chair rental, finances, burnout, boundaries, leadership and everything in between.
