Then our Beginner's Yoga Workshop is just what you need!

Over 90 minutes we will explore the fundamentals of the postures, pranayama, meditation alongside philosophy + sanskrit language.

In this workshop we will allow the time to break down that the postures to find your best alignment, explain those yoga terms you hear and may not understand and help you to build your confidence for classes and home practice.
