Strength training is not just for those who want to go to the gym and move big weight with little regard to other health characteristics. Strength training is continuing to be the underlying factor in leading a healthy life, increasing sporting performance (speed, power and agility) increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat and prehab/rehabbing your self from injury.

In this seminar / workshop we will cover all the primary 6 movements + more that need to be understood and applied to create effective workouts and programs for long term success in training for strength.
