Mountain Bike Riding is On@CoM !
Come along and try this Mountain Bike Skills Session for beginners!
This clinic will teach participants bike handling & control skills in a 90 minute session led by Head for the Hills experienced coaches. The course will cover basic mountain biking techniques and include a guided ride so participants can put their new skills into practice!
Open to beginners. Suitable for 10 to 14 year olds that haven't had much experience with mountain bike riding, but must have the ability to ride a bike.
Dates: 20th and 27th of May, 3rd and 17th of June.
Time: 4pm-5:30pm.
Venue: O'Halloran Hill Mountain Bike Trails - opposite the Fire Station on Majors Road.
Please ensure you bring:
- Mountain bike and helmet in good working order (including lights)
- Appropriate clothing (enclosed shoes, comfortable sports clothing)
- A water bottle
- Snacks
- Any relevant medications
- Weather dependant considerations (rain jacket, sunscreen).
Other Notes:
Please meet 10 minutes before the event starts and ensure all participants are picked up within 15 minutes of the finishing time.
