Join us for a one-hour group meditation under Sydney Harbour Bridge, using a simple, accessible style of awareness meditation inspired by Anytime, Anywhere Meditation.

No cushions.
No special posture.
No need to block out sound.

Instead, we use what’s already here
the water, the Harbour Bridge, footsteps, ferries, voices, wind — as support for meditation.


You’re invited to sit, stand, or lie down comfortably, letting awareness rest naturally on:

• sounds around you
• sensations in the body
• the rhythm of breathing
• the shared presence of the group


We close with quiet journaling, capturing any insights, clarity, or creative sparks that may arise.

This is meditation for real life —
for travellers, busy minds, curious beginners, and experienced meditators alike.
