About this event

  • 2 hours

(For adults)

This engaging workshop will gently touch on types of grief, strategies to manage our own grief, and tips on how we can support others on their grieving journey.

Grief is a normal and natural part of life, and isn't just reserved for bereavement when someone dies. We can grieve many things, many times over. Grief is something we all go through, and can grow through, when we get to know it a bit better. There is no right or wrong way to grieve but there are ways to soften the edges.

After the more practical part of the workshop, there will be the opportunity to ask questions and converse over a cuppa if you wish.

This workshop is designed for educational purposes only but will also provide resources for
anyone seeking counselling or ongoing support.

Bookings are essential for this free event. Light refreshments will be available. We suggest you bring your own keep-cup or mug for tea, coffee or water.

Please advise us if you have any accessibility requirements.
