Here at nature2nurture we are passionate about health.   Making us, those we love, our homes and the environment as healthy as possible with a focus on sustainability for now and for the future.  Health, in its purest forms, starts in the home.  It is the food we eat, the R & R we afford ourselves, the exercise and activity we enjoy, the reduction of toxic load and stress on our bodies, and the empowerment of the mind and spirit.As an aspiring Health Coach I want to explore with you the tools and mindset that have helped me regain my health and strength so you may live the healthiest and happiest life you can.  My knowledge and experience-base stems from physiotherapy, exercise physiology, being a former national level athlete, and someone who has suffered a life-threatening chronic illness.  These tools and mindset will serve you long term and will also positively impact on the health and wellbeing of those around you, and the environment.

This talk is for anyone seeking empowerment to rediscover their health using a more natural approach.   Leanne not only survived but thrived after an 8 year battle with a life threatening illness. For 8 years Leanne was merely existing. Being able to live was a dream. Her return to "the living world" was done without financial assitance and with very little mainstream diagnoses or treatments. 
The tips, tricks and tools that Leanne used to regain her health are shared openly and honestly. Her hope is to empower you, your family, and your friends to actively seek the healthiest and happiest life you can.  Please join Leanne for a walk through her story, the challenges, and the highs and the lows that finally lead her back to an amazingly active, happy, and fulfilling life.
