Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a 2hr Cartwheel + Walkover(Beam) & Kip + Flyaway (Bars) Gymnastics Workshop.

Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Beam & Bars Gymnastics Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to safely perform a Walkover + Cartwheel on the Beam & Kip + Flyaway on the Bars.
Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 8- 17 years only.
Important Information
- Ages 8-17yrs only
- Ability Level: To participate, students must be able to perform a Handstand & Cartweel confidently and unsupported on the floor/ floor line (Handstand unsupported on the Beam is also a MUST!) as well as have confidence on the Gymnastics bars.
- Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
- No refunds are available.
- A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
- Advance bookings only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
