Event description

Everyone wants to live their best life, but often we get stuck in jobs we hate or in relationships that aren’t good for us or situations that seem to suck the joy out of everything.

We all have the capacity to change our lives for the better. But all too often we wait around for someone else to come and save us – a superhero disguised as a new lover or new job or new house or new holiday.

It doesn’t work because the only superhero who can save you is YOU.

YOU are the Superhero of your own life.

In this one day workshop, we will explore three tools to use to help you become the Superhero of your life: Intuition, Creativity and Meditation.

Intuition is our own internal guidance system. Everyone was born with this system. Some have exercised it a lot and some only a little or not at all. Intuition is like a muscle. It gets stronger the more you use it and trust it. This workshop will help you build your intuition muscle.

Intuition needs quiet and stillness to thrive. This workshop will help you gain tools to help you integrate meditation into your daily routine. It can be easier than you think! Once you have that quiet space to think, we’ll look at the role of creativity and imagination in helping our intuition determine the life we want to lead and helping us get there. In short, how to be the superhero of our own life.
