What is the Be Seen workshop?

Be Seen is a guided somatic and breathwork experience where we release the internal patterns that keep you hiding: overthinking, shrinking, pleasing, or carrying the emotional load for everyone around you. Through the practices you reconnect to your truth, your needs, and your sense of “I am enough.

Do I have to be Queer to attend?

No, this workshop is inclusive and open to everyone.

Question 3

I’m new to breathwork - is this safe for beginners?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork. I’ll guide you safely through every step, at a pace that feels comfortable for your body. You’ll have the option to modify or pause at any time. My work is grounded in nervous system safety, not pushing or forcing.

Question 4

What if I get emotional?

Accepted Answer

It is completely normal to feel emotional during breathwork and somatic release - feelings are natural signs your body is letting go. You will not be judged, and you do not have to “hold it together.” You will be in a safe, supportive environment, and I am trained to guide you through it.

What will I walk away with?

You’ll leave feeling grounded and an empowered sense of self.
You’ll also receive practical tools you can use after the workshop to support your nervous system, your confidence, and your sense of inner safety.

Question 6

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring: a yoga mat, water, comfy clothes you can move in, a journal & pen, an open heart and a willingness to explore. 
Optional: a pillow, your favourite essential oil, an extra layer if you get cold during breathwork.

Will I have to share my personal story?

Accepted Answer

You’ll be invited to share only if you want to. Many people choose not to share verbally and instead express themselves through writing, journaling, or embodiment. There is no pressure or expectation to speak in front of the group.

What if I’ve never done something like this before?

Accepted Answer

Most people who come to Be Seen are new to this type of work. This workshop is designed exactly for people who want to break old patterns, feel more confident, and reconnect with themselves, even if they’ve never done somatic or breathwork sessions before.

Question 9

Is this suitable for men/women/nonbinary folks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This workshop is inclusive of all genders.
