Be Connected Workshop - Computer Basics - Osborne

City of Stirling Libraries

Do you feel you are missing out on the digital-age?  Technology has a lot to offer older Australians, whether it be keeping in touch with relatives, managing your finances or offering entertainment.  Be Connected, through City of Stirling Libraries and Fire Tech are offering a number of short workshops aimed at improving technology skills amongst older Australians.

In this hour-long workshop, you will cover the very basics of computers.  What they are, different types and how to operated them.

Be Connected sessions are free for the public and are also kept down to eight people, to allow for more individualised direction from the tutor.  Please notify us if you would like to cancel your booking so we can offer the place to another person.

Be Connected is delivered by an Australia wide initiative empowering all Australians to thrive in a digital world. Take some easy online tutorials, or check out Network Partners offering friendly help and advice.
