Think of the day as a professional retreat. We have a full day planned with a keynote on personal confidence, masterclasses on finance and marketing, Timely product coaching, great food and networking drinks.

The Calile Hotel is sophisticated and elegant, with a quiet luxury vibe. We’d recommend elevated salon style – professional but comfortable enough to see you through a day of learning.
There’ll also be the chance to book a fresh and fabulous new head shot on the day, so come ready for your close-up!

Venue parking

Self-parking: available via Ada Lane (off Wandoo Street) from 6:00am – 12:00am. Parking charges apply, so please check the Wilson Parking website for current rates.
Valet parking (limited): for a more seamless arrival, valet is available for $60 per day via the porte-cochère on Doggett Street.

How do I find the event space?

Please enter The Calile Hotel via the main entrance and follow signage pointing you toward The Grand Rooms, feel free to ask at the hotel reception desk if you need some guidance.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Will the event be filmed?

We’ll be capturing content for social media, but the masterclasses are designed for the live, in-person experience. If you don’t want to be filmed during the event please let someone from the Timely team know when you arrive.

I don’t use Timely software yet, can I still come?

Yes! While Timely answers sessions will be available for our customers, the business masterclasses are designed to help any salon or spa owner grow – whatever software you use.

I’m a solo professional, will it be weird if I come by myself?

Not at all, in fact you’ll probably be in the majority. Timely is built for small teams and solo professionals alike, so there’ll be plenty of other business owners flying solo. Think of it as a great chance to meet other people running their own show, and build your support network.

Is there a group discount for my team?

Yes, if you’re buying 4+ tickets at the same time you’re eligible for 20% off your tickets. Just contact tbowker@gettimely.com to get your group discount sorted.

What is the ticket refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You can request a full refund through your Eventbrite account up to seven days before the event. We have to finalise catering numbers with our venue, so we won’t be able to issue refunds after this seven-day cutoff. If something unforeseen happens after then, reach out to us directly to chat.
