BAY FLOW

St Kilda Festival

Sunday February 15, 2026 at 7:00 AM

St Kilda Festival’s Ultimate Morning of Wellness

This is more than an event. This is the largest wellness gathering the bayside has ever seen and it is free, in the name of charity.

It is a celebration of health, wellbeing, music, movement and community.

Bay Flow brings Melbourne together for one powerful morning where runners, yogis, breathers, meditators, movers and music lovers unite under one shared experience.

ONE BAY. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE FLOW.

HOW IT FLOWS (COME FOR ONE OR ALL OF THE SESSIONS)

ARRIVAL

7:00AM to 7.30AM

THE RUN SESSION

7:30 AM to 9:00 AM

We begin in motion. Melbourne’s run clubs come together, to run as one, along the most iconic stretch of coastline in the city, the iconic St Kilda Esplanade.

There is no pace pressure, and no competition. Just connection, shared energy and community as the city wakes up. This run is about unity, not speed. Please feel free to walk.

THE FLOW SESSION

9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

At the heart, Bay Flow is about movement under open skies. Melbourne’s leading yoga community, Feel Good Flows, takes over the main stage for a powerful and accessible yoga experience designed for every body.

Expect music, breathwork, meditation and movement woven together into one collective flow, just bring a mat and enjoy!

Hosted by the founder of Feel Good Flows Eliza Love, this practice celebrates health as our greatest well and puts unity back into community.

THE DIP SESSION

10:30 AM -to 11.00AM

After we move, we reset. The bay is yours. Join the community for an optional cold water immersion and soak up the serenity of St Kilda Beach, sealing in the energy of the morning.

A PAUSE. A BREATH. A RESET.

THE BOOGIE SESSION

From 11:00 AM

We finish exactly how we should, together. Straight into the Brunch Set at Republica, to Boogie featuring an incredible and renowned DJ soon to be announced. This is where wellness meets joy.

SUNSHINE, MUSIC, COFFEE, MOVEMENT AND CELEBRATION

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS

Big Bay Flow is a free community event created in the spirit of giving back.

We are proudly fundraising for the local Life Saving Club who keep our beaches safe and for the little penguins who call the St Kilda foreshore home.

Bring your crew. Do your bit. Give what you can.

THE INVITATION

This is our call to Melbourne. Let’s break records. Let’s show what community looks like.

Let’s create the biggest wellness event the bayside has ever seen.

Run together. Flow together. Breathe together. Celebrate together.
