Come join me, local artist Elizabeth Sorosina and Arbonne's fabulous Rebecca Hunt for a fun, festive and mindful bauble making workshop at Miss B's!
Christmas can be a stressful time of year, buying gifts, making plans, not necessarily eating as well as we could. It's a busy time!
For centuries art has been used a form of relaxtion, and a chance to step out of the mind chatter. So, we have come together to bring you a creative bauble making session combined with wellness to help you pause, revive and reset.
You'll each create two baubles to take with you to decorate your home or give as gifts. But much more than that, we will take a moment to come back to ourselves and focus on mindfulness - a little self care when we need it most!
The class is a relaxed 'choose your own adventure' workshop - if you feel confident and have an idea you'd like do, then you can go ahead. If you're not so arty or stuck for ideas you can choose from example designs and follow along with the instructions. With either option Liz will be there to guide and advise. It's always amazing what people create and how much joy it brings to them.
This in-person event is perfect for adults of any skill level, so bring your friends and family along for a fun creative morning
What's included:
- You'll create 2 baubles complete with ribbons/strings
- All materials, paints, papers, acrylic pens, letter stamps and more
- Gift boxes for your baubles
- Instruction, guidance and techniques - as much or as little as you need
- Wellness talk including tips on self care and mindfulness
- Opportunity to test, try and buy Arbonne's clean and conscious cosmetics
