Battle of the Bands 2026

Get ready to rock as local bands battle it out for the ultimate bragging rights!

Battle of the Bands is showcasing young local musicians in Teesdale!

You’re invited to the Golden Plains Youth Battle of the Bands competition on Saturday 21st March at the Turtle Bend Reserve, Teesdale. Doors open at 3:30pm and the competition starts at 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

We’re also excited to launch FUSE, our newly rebranded Amplify Committee—made by young people, for young people. And they’re kicking things off with Battle of The Bands, showcasing young up and coming artists, inclusive of all genres, with competing bands, an opening local soloist and last years winners as the headliner.

This is an all ages, drug,smoke/vape and alcohol free, no pass outs, fully supervised event.

The Bannockburn Mens Shed will be doing a fundraising sausage sizzle with vegan options available.

This is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately to the conditions.
