I am a dedicated Counsellor and Art Therapist, committed to supporting individuals through creative and therapeutic processes.I have worked with diverse communities, including youth, the LGBTQIA+ community, and survivors of domestic abuse.I facilitate art therapy for all ages and abilities, both online and in-person, with a focus on mental health and organise events, workshops, and dance sessions as part of the healing journey.My goal is to create a safe space for authentic emotional exploration, helping to reduce stigma around therapy and self care.

🎉 Get Ready to Dance at the Bathurst Boogie! 🎉 Hey there, dance enthusiasts!The wait is almost over – Bathurst Boogie is about to kick off again, and you're invited to join the fun! 🕺💃Happening on Tuesday, April 21st from 3:15 to 4:45PM at Keystone on Keppel St, (please note that this website does not allow 15minute time incraments to be inserted) this event promises an unforgettable evening filled with music, dance, and joy designed especially for individuals with disabilities. We're all about creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can express themselves freely and without judgment. With a bar offering everything from water to mocktails and cocktails, and convenient access wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, you’ll have everything you need to just let loose and enjoy. The night is hosted by Mandi, whose expertise as an art therapist and support worker, coupled with the incredible Catherine McNamara from Compareo, who's drama facilitation skills will make this an event to remember.Dance your way to a happier, healthier you with a playlist curated with last month's dancers.
