About this event

  • 2 hours

This is the fourth in a series of sessions and they have been organised in response to feedback from the Creating Better Systems for Ballarat’s Children: A Collaborative Workshop for Improvement held in July 2023, coordinated in partnership by Ballarat 4 Kids, City of Ballarat Early Years, and the Children’s Resource Program.

The sessions are held monthly and each focuses on a different area, with topics including Family Violence, Parenting Support and Mental Health, with most sessions including a panel discussion and keynote speakers. The sessions also provide networking and collaboration opportunities for staff working within the service system to support children.

The Nest wellbeing framework developed by the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth continues to provide the foundation for our work.

The session will be held in the Trench Room in Ballarat Town Hall. Hearing Loop is available.
